Jacki Smith is an associate concentrating on Maritime Injury/LHWCA matters. Ms. Smith’s experience includes motion practice, depositions, and bench and jury trial preparations.
Ms. Smith joined The Lambert Firm in 2013 after receiving her Juris Doctorate from Loyola University New Orleans School of Law. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a concentration in Management and Finance from Louisiana State University in 2008.
She is admitted to practice in all Louisiana State Courts and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. Ms. Smith is a member of the New Orleans Bar Association, Louisiana State Bar Association, Louisiana Association for Justice, American Association for Justice, and the Association for Women Attorneys. She currently serves as Co-Chair of the Recruitment Committee for the Louisiana Association for Justice Women’s Caucus.
